There are many thousands of resources out there for teaching and learning about sustainability education.
In 2015, independent researchers asked teachers to rank the best education for sustainability sites which they use and would recommend to colleagues. Here is a summary of the list with further additions that we find useful.

CSIRO Sustainable Futures
Sustainable Futures is an educational program that combines the latest in climate science with education in sustainability. This program was formerly known as CarbonKids, and is suitable for schools to use with students in years 3 – 9.
